This text describes the current prototype and requires final business and legal review before launch.
01Orders
You order from your account: choose a ready project (passport at least 60% complete and at least one file), a service and the report language, then pay. The files in the project library at that moment are attached to the order.
02Prices
Prices are fixed and shown in euros before payment: Script Doctor €65, Project Pearl Diagnosis €450, Project Pearl Deep Diagnosis €900. Promotion codes, when offered, are applied on the payment page. Festival Strategy is quoted individually after a completed Project Pearl diagnosis.
03Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe when you place the order; Project Pearl never receives your card details. An unpaid order stays in your account: you can pay it later or remove it. Work starts only once Stripe confirms the payment.
04Report delivery
Delivery times are counted in business days from payment confirmation: 2 business days for Script Doctor and Project Pearl Diagnosis, 4 for Deep Diagnosis. The expected date is shown in your order. If the expert needs more information, the order is paused until you reply. The final report is delivered as a PDF in your account, in the report language you chose.
05Rights and consent
By submitting materials you confirm that you hold the rights to them or are authorised to share them, and that you agree to AI-assisted processing with expert review.
06Limits of the service
Project Pearl provides professional development advice. It does not guarantee financing, festival selection, sales or distribution.
