01Who we are
Project Pearl is a service of Sauban Film Productions. For commercial enquiries write to info@saubanfilm.com. For support and any question about your data write to support@saubanfilm.com.
02Project materials
We process the Project Passport and the materials you attach (screenplay, synopsis, treatment, pitch deck, director’s statement and similar documents) only to provide the service you ordered. Materials are never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
03AI-assisted processing
AI tools help us structure the analysis of your materials. Your materials are never used to train AI models. No conclusion is delivered automatically: every report is read, corrected and approved by a film professional.
04Expert review
A film development professional reviews your materials and the draft analysis, and approves the final report before it is delivered to you.
05Where your data is stored
Your account, project passports, uploaded files, orders and reports are stored in a private database and private file storage operated by our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel). Files can only be opened by you and the Project Pearl team, through links that expire after a few minutes.
06Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Project Pearl receives only the payment status, the amount and a Stripe reference — never your card details.
07Your rights and consent
You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent to processing at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future processing but does not affect work already completed. Write to support@saubanfilm.com.
